Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and checks. Due to the nature of this custom work all orders must be paid in full before production begins. We wait for checks to clear.

Shipping Time
    We routinely ship your order in 5-7 working days from the time the final artwork is approved by you. 

There is never any screen charge or set-up charge and no artwork charge for text only signs. No artwork charge for logos or graphics when customer supplies material on disk or electronically. See How to Submit Artwork.  Please call us about scanning your flat/printed artwork.

Our graphic artists can create just about anything you can think up.

Artwork is subject to additional charges ONLY if modifications need to be made  to print your order.

Refund Policy

All of our work is warranted to be 100% accurate. Your order will match the details on the "Artwork Approval" form or you don’t pay. If we made a mistake, we will gladly either reproduce your order correctly OR refund 100% of the purchase price upon return of the product in new, unused condition. We’ll make arrangements for and even pay for the return shipping. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery to be considered.

We are, however, unable to refund or replace if the mistake was on your side. Therefore please examine the "Artwork Approval" form carefully before signing.
